A cell supsension containing an equal mix of HEK and 3T3 cells was used in Drop-Seq, a novel technology for high-throughput single cell mRNAseq. The cells were mixed at a final concentration of 50 cells per microliter. Overall design: An estimated 1000 STAMPs and 100 STAMPs were separately selected for sequencing to obtain both high coverage and broad coverage data
