Until February 2018, the revenue per available room in Tromsø based hotels increased monthly, peaking at 1,072 Norwegian kroner. Hotels in Western Norway had the lowest revenue per available room during the winter month, with December 2017 being the least profitable month, as the revenue for hotels in Bergen was 289 Norwegian kroner and in Stavanger 251 kroner per available room.
