data for the paper "Multidimensional protein characterisation using microfluidic post-column analysis" The figure2 folder contains tiff files with images at voltage 0V and 60V. The difference is used to determine the mobility. Figure3.txt contains the measured radii and electrophoretic mobility measured for an experiment containing Thyroglobulin, Conalbumin, and Lysozyme. The effective charge is deduced fron these two values. The intensity in arbitrary units is also included. Figure 4 contains the same information at 3 different pH for a labelled streptavidin/BSA/Atto488 mixture. FigureS4.txt contains the same information for a labelled streptavidin/BSA/Atto488 mixture.
