Essential data on public procurement - Région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes

The Order of 14 April 2017 (https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/eli/arrete/2017/4/14/ECFM1637256A/jo/texte), as amended by the Order of 27 July 2018 (https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000037282994&dateTexte=&categorieLien=id), requires all public buyers to publish the essential data of the public order. Thus, from 1 October 2018, public buyers must publish the award data no later than two months after the notification of the contract.

The data structure is defined by XML and JSON schemas (https://github.com/etalab/format-command-public) which apply the requirements of the Orders.
