The microeukaryotic community in lake ecosystems of the Inner Mongolia Plateau, China Raw sequence reads

Our research is focused on the patterns and assembly processes of microeukaryotic communities in lake ecosystems of the Inner Mongolia Plateau, thathave been little studied. Our research revealed that salinity is a key determinant of the microeukaryotic community and it drives the change in interspecies interactions from antagonistic to cooperative. Furthermore, we found that the assembly processes changed from stochastic to deterministic with an increase in salinity. Our findings expand the current understanding of interspecies interactions and assembly processes of microeukaryotic communities in limnological ecosystems, which conforms to the aims and scope of Limnology and Oceanography.
