In this study, data were collected using paper-based questionnaires. The raw data were entered, coded, and analyzed in SPSS. The analytical methods employed included independent samples t-tests, paired samples t-tests, repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA), as well as mediation and moderated mediation analyses conducted using the SPSS Process macro.
