View metadata for key information about this dataset. A Political Division is a subdivision of a Political Ward. Each political ward contains no fewer than 10 and no more than 50 divisions. The first two numbers of a four number division identifier indicates the ward in which the specific division is located. Ward leaders are elected by their party’s committeepeople.
