Original stacks and segmented data

A set of four 3D confocal images of Arabidopsis Thaliana floral meristem are segmented using 5 segmentation pipelines .These pipelines are 1)Plantseg 2)3DUnet+ Watershed 3)Cellpose 4)MaskRCNN+Watershed 5) MARS. The first four pipelines are deep learning based and the fifth one is 3D watershed (does not use deep learning). Here you will find the four original floral meristem stacks and their ground truth segmentations along with the segmentation results from the 5 pipelines.
