Data uploaded to GPCRchimeraDB, as well as the data required to generate it.

Overview:

chimera_not_in_DB.xlsx: Excel file with non-classA and interclass designs (not on database) as well as designs not on database but to be considered.

2504_naturals.zip: Entry file of all natural GPCRs available in the database. 

2504_chimeras.zip: Entry file of all chimeric GPCRs available in the database. 

3Dstructures.zip: 3D structures and models, dssp files and mapping files related to the natural and chimeric entries.

Files_required_generate_JSON: Files required to generate the entry files. Checkout the notebooks to see how this data is handled to obtain the JSON files: GitHub. In the manuscript we describe how this data was retrieved.

PhylogeneticSublass.zip: Phylogenetic tree generated to extend the phylogenetic_based classification from PMID: 27028541.

MasterAlignment.zip: Multiple Sequence Alignment of all mammalian GPCRs in GPCRchimeraDB. This MSA is used by the alignment tool of GPCRchimeraDB.
