Data for Anxiolytic effects of fluoxetine and nicotine exposure on exploratory behavior in zebrafish

The Data.zip file contains the raw swim track output data as well as our R scripts used to process and analyze the data. Our processed output data is also included in this set.
The Videos.zip file contains the videos from the behavior trials. We used these files to create the swim track data for the experiment.
ProAnalyst Files.zip contains files for working with the ProAnalyst Software. Each video has a corresponding feature tracking file (.ftk) of the same file name. Some videos have a calibration file (.mcl) which was used for subsequent videos in numerical order until a new calibration was required.
