RhoBAST fluorogenic aptamer structures from Ren's Lab

This dataset contains the structural coordinates and corresponding density maps of the RhoBAST fluorogenic RNA aptamer, prepared to enable structure-based investigations of its mechanism of action. The collection includes both wild-type and mutant structures in apo (free) and ligand-bound states, providing a comprehensive basis for analyzing ligand recognition and the underlying mechanism.
