资源简介:
Parenchymal hypoxia has been recently shown to trigger liver regeneration after resection. We accordingly hypothesised that this beneficial effect is linked to HIF-associated response pathways. We performed 70% hepatectomy in rats and administered roxadustat, a selective prolyl hydroxilase domain protein inhibitor, in order to assess whether a selective pharmacological HIF stabilisation affects liver function and regeneration postoperatively.
