Whole-genome bisulfite sequencing dataset of age-related DNA methylation in rare minnow brain

This dataset contains processed data from whole-genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS) analysis of brain tissues collected from Gobiocypris rarus at three age stages (8 months, 44 months, and 74 months). The dataset includes genome-wide methylation matrices, differentially methylated region (DMR) results, and summary statistics used for downstream analyses.
