Resistance to many compounds used to control human helminthiases is widespread in better-characterised livestock parasite systems. This project aims to investigate resistance of Haemonchus contortus in sheep to Levamisole by examining a genetic cross, and will analyse sequence data from pooled male worms from the parents of the cross and from pre-and-post treatment at several time points during the backcrossing experiment.
