Gene expression profiling of Daudi lymphoma cells induced by HIV-1 Nef protein.

Approximately 40 % of people living with HIV/AIDS develop lymphoma, and their overall survival is markedly lower than that of lymphoma patients in the general population. In the current study, we have used microarray based differential gene expression profile analysis among these designed groups to elucidate the mechanisms of lymphoma in people living with HIV.
