FLIM Image Files, Masks, and Classification

FLIM images of mouse lung tissue in HDF5 format (images.hdf5). Images are organized in the following hierarchy: Image name &gt; fluorescence acquisition channel &gt; phasor component ('g' or 's') or fluorescence intensity ('int') <br> Cell nuclei masks in HDF5 format (masks.hdf5) includes the associated mask images for a subset of the FLIM images, organized by FLIM image name. Each individual mask has a unique numerical value that also identifies it for the cell classification CSV. <br> Cell classification dataset (cell_class.csv) includes the individual cell classification names for a subset of the FLIM images, organized by FLIM image name, tissue (classification), mask value, and location of the centroid of the mask (x and y). <br> Scripts to access the data and run the models available on Github (link below). <br> <br>
