Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from all sectors of activity of the Greater East EPCI region — 2019

Estimation of emissions from all industry sectors of greenhouse gases (GHG) (Carbon dioxide CO2 — Methane CH4 — N2O nitrous oxide — hydrofluorocarbon HFC — Perfluorocarbons PFC — Sulphur Hexafluoride SF6 — NF2007 nitrogen trifluoride NF3 — Global warming capacity according to the GWP values of the 4th IPCC report (AR4) for the year 2007 GWP for the year 5 GWP, the GIRP of the GIRG in 5. Units shall be expressed in kg/year or tonnes of CO2 equivalent for GWP for administrative units associated with EPCI. The figures provided are taken from ATMO Grand Est’s V2021 inventory.
In the context of the regional territorial inventory of ATMO Grand Est, consistency is examined in particular with regard to work carried out at more macroscopic scales in this case at national level. This involves comparing the results of the Grand Est inventory with other inventories set up by another body. In the absence of results enabling a possible comparison with the regional exits from the National Spatialised Inventory (INS), the comparison is made with the SECTEN national inventory produced by CITEPA.

Exceptions are to be taken into account for the following EPICs:
EPCI 200070332 “CC of know-how”: Only the data of the municipalities located on the territory of the Grand Est shall be taken into account. For data from the municipalities of La Quarte (70430), La Rochelle (70450) and Ouge (70400), please contact ATMO Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
EPCI 200067213 “CU du Grand Reims”: For the municipality of Cormicy (51171) which merged on 1 January 2017 with the municipality of Gernicourt (02344) formerly in Aisne (Hauts-de-France region), only data from the municipality of Cormicy before merger are taken into account.
