This data is part of the Community Access to Rectal Artesunate for Malaria project and is used for the publication "Treatment-seeking for children with suspected severe malaria attending community health workers and primary health centres in Adamawa State, Nigeria". The attached datasets (in dta and csv formats) include de-identified patient level data from follow up interviews with caregivers 28 days after study enrolment for suspected severe malaria in children under the age of five years. Only data collected in Nigeria is included.
