资源简介:
In order to find better markers of disease relapse and progression in high grade serous epithelial ovarian cancer (HGS-EOC) , we studied a cohort of 46 HGS-EOC patients with multiple plasma samples taken from diagnosis, throughout treatment and during follow up.
We used shallow whole genome sequeincing (sWGS) with depths ranging from 0.5X to 1X to characterize the tumor fraction present in the samples, the copy number instability (CNI), and we sought to investigate whether the use of tumor fraction and the analysis of recurrent copy number alteration events would be a good measurement of the patient status over time.EGA study EGAS00001004670
