Whole Transcriptome Analysis of IGF-Induced Ovarian Growth and Maturation in Golden pompano (Trachinotus ovatus)

This study aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms and identify key regulatory genes and pathways associated with insulin-like growth factor (IGF)-induced ovarian growth and maturation in Trachinotus ovatus (Golden Pompano) through comprehensive whole transcriptome analysis to facilitate advancements in aquaculture breeding strategies for this commercially valuable species.
