Identification of genes downregulated after Mettl3 knockdown under DNA damage conditions in E1A;HRasV12 expressing mouse embryonic fibroblasts

The goal of the study was to identify those genes that are downregulated after Mettl3 knockdown under DNA-damage condition in oncogene-expressing mouse embryonic fibroblasts We performed RNA-seq to identify those genes that are downregulated after Mettl3 knockdown under DNA-damage. We utilized oncogene-expressing fibroblasts expressing control shRNAs or shRNAs directed against Mettl3 to acutely knockdown Mettl3, and we treated cells for 6 hours with o,2 ug/ml of doxorubicin before performing RNA-seq.
