Microbial communities associated with 5 different grass species. Soil microbial community selection by grasses

There is a need to understand the interaction with below ground microbial communities and grasses and whether this varies between different grass species and varieties. In this study we used controlled environment microcosms to determine plant driven microbial community selection from soils planted with one of 10 different grasses, representing 2 varieties from 5 different grass species.
