The current dataset is related to the manuscript "Realization and Mounting of Additively Manufactured 3D Structures on Diced Sensor Chips using Material Jetting" Written by the authors L. Hauck and R. Knechtel The dataset comprises: 57 printed sample structures with measurements for aperture sizes and edge lengths (Values rounded down to zero decimal places, Image taken under light microscope) [Nomenclature: 'Axx_Eyyyy.jpg' with A for "nominal Aperture size", E for "nominal Edge length" , x and y represent the corresponding values in µm. 1 spreadsheet, used to find the best nominal values for manufacturing a rightly sized sample by interpolation.
