Transcriptome sequencing of grape leaves infected by plasmopara viticola

Transcriptome sequencing of the early responses to plasmopara viticola infection in the highly susceptible grape of ‘Centennial seedless’ and the highly resistant grape of ‘Beta’was analyzed . The changes of gene expression in resistant and susceptible cultivars were analyzed and multiple disease-resistant candidate genes were screened.
