Rhizosphere metagenomics of a pioneer plant Miscanthus condensatus colonizing on the recent Miyake-jima volcanic deposits

Miscanthus condensatus is a pioneer grass colonizing on the recent volcanic deposits of the Island of Miyake-jima in Japan. Here, we report the metagenomic data of the rhizosphere microbiome of M. condensatus.
