We used sequencing analyses to identify dysregulated genes upon svtRNA1-2 knock-out at the chromatin level in HEK293T cells. We found that svtRNA1-2 sequence KO dysregulated many genes at the chromatin levels indicating an important role of vtRNA1-2 within the cell. Overall design: Chromatin-associated RNA profiles of HEK293 WT and svtRNA1-2 knockout cells were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicates.
