This file lists the IDs of the individuals as they appear in the parsed raw data and the corrected IDs. Due to some typos in the original barcode-ID file some individuals were mis-labelled and this correction can be performed after running the bcftools step given that the output of that analysis is easier to work with than the parsed raw sequences.
