RNA-seq profiling of prostate cells following knockdown of the chimeric RNA ABRAXAS1-HELQ

This project aims to characterize transcriptomic changes induced by knockdown of the chimeric RNA ABRAXAS1-HELQ in prostate cells. RNA sequencing was performed in PC-3 and LNCaP cell lines following ABRAXAS1-HELQ silencing to identify differentially expressed genes and pathways potentially associated with prostate cell motility. The resulting dataset provides a resource for exploring the downstream molecular effects of ABRAXAS1-HELQ in prostate-related cellular processes.
