This study focuses on microbial diversity in different compartment on 3 full scale treatment plant over 3 day sampling campaigns. The overall goal is to describe the dynamic of the microbiome as a function of plant design, for example to illuminate how the dissemination of antimicrobial resistance can be mitigated.
