TCR repertoire of CMV-specific CTLs after alloSCT

Peripheral blood samples were collected from allogeneic stem cell transplantation recipients (human) at the time of cytomegalovirus reactivation and a few weeks later. TCR alpha/beta repertoire of pp65-tetramer+/CD8+ sorted T-cells were analyzed to describe the characteristics of CMV-specific TCR repertoire after alloSCT.
