The goal of the study is testing how biodegradation kinetics of chemicals in produced water (discharges from offshore oil platforms) are affected by inoculum location. Samples of seawater were analyzed on day 1 and on day 7 (incubated without spiked chemicals) and in day 7 (incubated spiked with chemicals).
