Pamgene Kinase analysis of mouse Ubc13-deficient macrophages stimulated with poly(I:C) or LPS treatment
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains PamGene PTK and STK kinase activity profiling of primary mouse bone-marrow–derived macrophages (BMDMs). Wild-type and Ubc13-deficient (LysM-Cre; Ubc13^fl/fl) macrophages were left untreated or stimulated with poly(I:C) or LPS. Lysates were prepared from 3 × 10⁶ BMDMs per condition and analysed on PTK (196 peptides) and STK (144 peptides) PamChip arrays according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Signal intensities were processed using PamGene BioNavigator, followed by COMBAT normalization and Upstream Kinase Analysis (UKA) to infer differential kinase activity between genotypes and treatments. The dataset includes normalized peptide intensities, inferred kinase scores, and condition metadata. These data accompany the corresponding manuscript and enable re-analysis of kinase activity changes in innate immune signalling.
