Twenty-nine pollen and nine phytolith samples were examined from CA-ORa-
683. This site is located to the northeast of Pelican Hill and to the
south of Buck Gully. Both Late Prehistoric and Milling Stone components
were noted. Pollen and phytolith analyses were conducted primarily on
features at this site, although an off-site column was examined for pollen
as a control. The primary focus was on identifying economic activity.
