Codebook: ID: Case identification number; Procedure: Surgical procedure used for primary treatment; Grade: Histologic grade; Subtype: Histologic subtype; Glans: Tumor invasion of penile glans; Sulcus: Tumor invasion of penile coronal sulcus; Foreskin: Tumor invasion of foreskin; Level: anatomical level of tumor invasion; Thickness: Tumor thickness in mm; Size: Tumor size in cm; Age: Patient's age in years; Lymphadenectomy: Bilateral inguinal lymphadenectomy; Mets: Metastasis to inguinal lymph nodes; Urethra: Tumor invasion of penile urethra; Vascular: Pesence of vascular invasion in primary tumor; Perineural: Presence of perineural invasion in primary tumor; pT: AJCC pathological stage of primary tumor; Relapse: Presence of tumor relapse during follow-up; Local: Presence of local relapse (v.g., on stump); Regional: Presence of regional relapse (v.g., regional lymph nodes); Systemic: Presence of systemic relapse (v.g., systemic lymph nodes, visceral metastasis); FollowUp: follow-up lengh from primary treatment in months; Outcome: Patient's final outcome at last follow-up; cN: clinical stage of inguinal lymph nodes.
