Osteosarcoma that mainly occurs during childhood and adolescence is a devastating disease with poor prognosis presented by extreme metastases. Recent studies have revealed that liver receptor homolog 1 plays a vital role in metastasis of several human cancers, but it is unknown about of liver receptor homolog 1 in metastasis of osteosarcoma . In this study, We identified the specific role of liver receptor homolog 1 in the progression of osteosarcoma and evaluated its therapeutic and prognostic potential using high throughput RNA sequencing.
