Large-scale identical-location electron microscopy quantifies electrocatalyst degradation: data and code

This repository contains data and code associated with the paper titled Large-scale identical-location electron microscopy quantifies electrocatalyst degradation. The data consists of cyclic voltammetry measurements, collected with a modified floating setup, an X-ray diffraction pattern, ex-situ and identical-location scanning transmission electron microscopy images, and energy-dispersive X-ray spectra. All data were collected for a Pt-Co/C oxygen reduction electrocatalyst. The code includes a neural network-based workflow for particle detection in microscopy images and scripts for data handling, statistical analysis, associating particles in identical-location images, and analyzing particle degradation.
