Legendre's Conjecture: Computational Certification and Capacity Constraints via the Residual Class of Non-Bipolar Numbers - Legendre: certificazione computazionale e vincolo di capacità (versione estesa con log e worst-case)
Description (English): This document presents the findings of an extended research project on Legendre's Conjecture, conducted through a symbiotic integration of human mathematical intuition and AI-assisted computational analysis (Zeno/AI). The work documents the methodological steps and raw data leading to the definition of a "Capacity Trap." Through systematic scanning of quadratic intervals up to n=5000 (with sampling up to n=128,000), it is shown that the density of the residual class of "non-bipolar" numbers (composite numbers that are neither sums nor products of two primes) consistently exceeds the residual space allowed by the null hypothesis. The document includes the formalization of the safety margin \Delta(n), the logarithmic worst-case analysis, and proof of the system's structural stability. The results suggest that a counterexample to the conjecture would require a discontinuous collapse of the distribution of composite numbers, which is mathematically incompatible with the observed regularity.
