Note: as a whole, the recording session conducted that day emphasized modern topics, modern tools, techniques and technology, and the vocabulary that came with them. This encouraged the consultant to use Chinese borrowings more lavishly than under previous circumstances, when the emphasis was on the old ways and the old ways.
