Hardings Paddock (Flinders Goolman Conservation Estate) Bush tucker Trail

Green Army teams working in the Flinders Goolman Conservation Reserve will resurface an eroded deco pedestrian path along the Gamlen Circuit, undertake Lantana and weed control and revegetate the popular Bush Tucker Trail in this popular day use area of the reserve. The activities will help protect threatened and regionally significant species by providing new and improved habitat. The activities will also conserve the areas Indigenous heritage by providing interpretive learning opportunities with regard to native food species seen in the area. Activities will provide enhanced environmental awareness within the community while also providing a variety of skills to the Green Army participants.
