De-identified per-eye cup-to-disc ratio measurements for between-visit reproducibility and clinician agreement (hospital glaucoma registry)

Numeric, de-identified per-eye measurement tables behind the study "Accuracy and between-visit reproducibility of an automated cup-to-disc ratio from routine fundus photographs in glaucoma." Patient and eye identifiers are surrogate integers; visit timing is given only as an interval in days, with no calendar dates, no images, and no protected health information. Three tables cover the consecutive within-eye visit pairs (within-eye SD, repeatability coefficient, ICC), the 78 eyes with a clinician reference (concordance correlation coefficient and Bland-Altman limits of agreement), and the disc and cup contour quality ratings (acceptability percentages).
