Single-cell RNAseq dataset on CHIKV-infected fibroblasts. Overall conclusions: Strong induction of innate immune responses, depending on the amount of viral RNA in the cells we found an antagonism against transcription factors such as STAT1 and JAK1. Overall design: Human primary synovial fibroblasts were infected with CHIKV at different MOIs and at 6 and 24 hours post infected subjected to single-cell RNAseq. In total, 12 samples were analyzed. From two different donors, for each timepoint two infected samples and one mock-infected sample were analyzed.
