Insured members using telehealth services worldwide in 2021, by region

In 2021, 77 percent of insurers in Latin America reported less than ten percent of insured members utilized telehealth for physician/GP services, while 76 percent of insurers in the Asia Pacific region reported the same. Globally, only two percent of insurers reported that 75 percent or more insured people had utilized telehealth services in 2021.
