The structure, composition and status of the gut microbiota are closely related to host health. Gnotobiotic mice, a model formed by colonising germ-free mice with specific strains of bacteria, plays an important role in the study of intestinal flora. In this study, 10 biological samples consisting of faeces from GMM10 gnotobiotic mice, were sequenced for 16SV3V4 region using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 with PE250 sequencing pattern. This data is a pre-publication release.
