Transcriptomic Analysis of the Effects of Schisandrin lignan components on the Liver of Hyperlipidemic Rats

This study aims to explore the impact of Schisandrin lignan components, an active compound from Schisandra chinensis, on gene expression in the liver of hyperlipidemic rats through transcriptomic analysis. Wistar rats were used to establish three experimental groups: the control group, the model group, and the high-dose group. The primary goal of this research is to evaluate the molecular effects of Schisandrin B at different doses on liver gene expression, with a focus on genes related to hyperlipidemia. The findings will help uncover the potential of Schisandrin lignan components in regulating hepatic metabolism in hyperlipidemia, providing a theoretical basis for its potential use as a therapeutic strategy.
