Lupinus angustifolius pangenome assembly

We generated a pangenome for narrow leafed lupin (Lupinus angustifolius). Our team has also generated a high quality assembly of narrow leafed lupin (Lupinus angustifolius) genome sequence from the Tanjil variety. Here we generated a pan genome assembly using 55 narrow leafed lupin accessions. For the pangenome assembly, plant DNA of the accessions was sequenced using short reads (Illumina).
