Eye labels, de-identified demographic data, clinical data, and summarized biomechanical strain data for glaucoma patients imaged by SD-OCT before and after laser suturelysis. The data include:1) The Excel files contain a list of eye labels, de-identified demographic data, and clinical data for subjects of the goggle-wearing study.2) Matlab files (.mat) contain the strain outcomes averaged over the tissues of the ONH. The strains are calculated from digital volume correlation of the OCT-image volumes for each eye. The tissues are defined by manual segmentation. The MATLAB files are named by the eye label in the Excel spreadsheets.The data was published inYuan Z, Czerpak CA, Kashaf MS, Quigley HA, Nguyen TD.
