This study aims to assess the impact of Amoxicillin on microbial communities across the length of the murine GI tract. GI lumenal contents collected from 6 sampling sites from stomach to colon in Amoxicillin-treated and control mice. Mice were treated for 24 hours prior to sample collection and DNA and RNA were extracted in parallel for each sample.
