AIHW - Immunisation Rates for Children - Children Fully Immunised (PHN) 2012-2017

This dataset presents the footprint of the number and rates of children aged 1, 2 and 5 who were fully immunised. Fully immunised means a child has received the scheduled vaccinations according to age for hepatitis B (hepB); diphtheria, tetanus and whooping cough (DTPa); Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib); polio (IPV); pneumococcal, meningococcal C, measles, mumps and rubella (MMR), and varicella. The data spans the years of 2012-2017 and is aggregated to 2015 Department of Health Primary Health Network (PHN) areas, based on the 2011 Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS).\n\nThe data was sourced from the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR), which is administered by the Australian Government Department of Human Services.
