数据集覆盖在推进新型工业化方面发挥引领带动作用的开发区、工业园区等产业集聚区的基本信息、创新标签、空间地理位置，并通过产业实力、质量效益、创新驱动、绿色集约、融合发展、发展环境六大维度对产业园区进行综合评价。一方面，帮助园区管理层快速判断和把握园区变化趋势和发展质量，合理设计发展规划。另一方面，通过评级划分先进制造集群和转型中制造集群，以及空间分布情况，支持政府进行政策制定、区域经济发展，支持企业定向产业合作、投资决策等。实现产业集群高质量发展和可持续发展，加快推进新型工业化进程。

This dataset covers basic information, innovation tags, and spatial geographic locations of industrial clusters including development zones and industrial parks that play a leading and driving role in advancing new-type industrialization. It conducts comprehensive evaluations of industrial parks across six dimensions: industrial strength, quality and efficiency, innovation-driven development, green and intensive development, integrated development, and development environment. On one hand, it helps park management rapidly assess and discern the park's development trends and quality, and rationally formulate development plans. On the other hand, by classifying advanced manufacturing clusters and transitioning manufacturing clusters through ratings and analyzing their spatial distribution, it supports the government in policy formulation and regional economic development, as well as assists enterprises in targeted industrial cooperation and investment decision-making. Ultimately, it aims to achieve high-quality and sustainable development of industrial clusters and accelerate the advancement of new-type industrialization.
