Transferability of TDR moisture calibrations between compacted tropical subgrade soils: data and code

Data and analysis code for the manuscript "How transferable are TDR moisture calibrations between compacted tropical subgrade soils? A leave-one-soil-out evaluation". The package contains the calibration dataset of six compacted tropical subgrade soils from São Paulo, Brazil (258 observations pairing the apparent permittivity measured by time domain reflectometry with a reference volumetric water content), the 5,160 individual permittivity readings, and the Python scripts of the analysis: aggregation of the readings, refit of the published calibrations of Pizarro et al. (2020), leave-one-soil-out evaluation of universal, regional and CRIM-type calibrations with paired soil-level comparisons, errors in gravimetric water content relative to the optimum, and sensitivity analyses.
